FASHION AS A SAVIOUR

The positive effect fashion has given to individual

• Choice of style -Before fashion individuals just wore white or black or grey garment has dressing, but now fashion different designs for people to choose from. As fashion grew so did choice of clothing.

• Job creation- Fashion has created a lot of jobs opening both the young adult who are interested in being designers.

• Connection- Fashion created an image of connection all over the world.

• Opportunities- Fashion created a new world of imagination that deals with texture and designs. Most designers do not even know what their next creation of dressing will be.

• Communication- Fashion can help interpret what people are, a mother dress is different from a business lady dress, a business man designs is different from a college boy ways of dressing.  

FASHION AS A BULLY

Where there is positivity, there is always a negative impact. Fashion has helped both economically (Employments) and personally.

It has also created a negative impact

1.  Negative influence- Fashion company use workers called model to advertise so as to create that trend but all model they use must have that body to make what they wear special image, giving individuals that thought of not only economy negative but image wise, making them feel less imperfect.
2. Appearance- Fashion has exploited individuals needs of not being left out, getting people to increase in expenses of having the best or most trending designer cloths without the thought of the cost
3. Fashion Defines Us- Dressing has become the need to appeal others rather than appealing yourself, it has create a doubt in self-esteem and self-worth. It has become what you wear is who you are.

THE TRENDING FASHION NAMES

While fashion has grown into a global scale, there are designers which give new common interest by setting trends than the latter. They understand how to interpret the common language of fashion to consumers on a global scale more than others. They are,

EMPORIO ARMAN

This company is just a side branch of the main company Gorgio Armani. This was created the year 1975 by Gorgio Armani, so as to create lower rate price offers than its main branch called diffusion line for the benefit of increase in sales volumes. It is the most popular of all Armani clothing line (Armani Collezioni, Armani jeans, Armani Exchange e.t.c.) and listed as the most trending fashion company. CHRISTIAN DIOR

This company was established in 16 December 1964 but was known as Corolle just right after the second world war, this fashion company specializes in women wears. This company with 210 company locations in the world and 24.64 billion dollars revenue earned, and also known world wide. (Wikipedia, 2015)

GUCCI

Gucci, apart from its trending catchy name it was formed in the year 1921 in Florence by Guccio Gucci but not only are they the 3^rd fashion brand in the world they also the 3^rd most powerful luxury brand in the world. (Top fashion Brands in the world, 2014)

IMPACT OF FASHION

Fashion Industry was not always a choice of consideration as a business, it only had to do with an individual and his designing equipment (the materials and the sewing machine) always trying to make something unique.

Even though fashion does not really have a specific beginning, the first fashion designer who made an impact to the world is Marie-Jeanne Rose Bertin who was nicknamed the minister of fashion, was staying in Paris, France and was born July 2, 1747. She only designed for the queen of France at the moment Marie Antoinette, which influenced a trend for the Parisian style but all changed due to circumstances but her knowledge for uniqueness was passed down to another designer named Charles Fredrick Worth.

But fashion did not begin to flourish until after the periods of the two world wars were technology began to flourish and royalty became unroyal and during the 1920 to 1990 the growth rate of fashion headed to an industry that could be known as a business. (Wikipedia, 2015)

Then by the 20^th century fashion became a global business, companies like

·         Victoria’s secret

Introduction to fashion and why it is a universal hobby

 Fashion is a hobby which is common to everyone in the world, like a second universal language. Fashion is practised through clothing, footwear, makeup, furniture and anything that has to do with styling.

Fashion Industry is a product of modern age.  This is an individual (designers) with a sense of style decide to create a unique material through the use of raw materials, fiber and textile, but also leather and fur with the means of huge sales and production through various forms of advertising and promotion. THE HOBBY WE ALL SHARE

Every individual do not just wake up in the morning and put on the first t-shirt or dress right in front of him/her without thinking if it creates that comfort or spark needed to get by the day. People also do not just go to the first mall they see and buy the first clothing on the a rack, some think first about the cost but everyone has in mind this exact question( DOES IT LOOK GOOD ON ME ??). Most people never wondered how this cloths they buy were made or how many of them were made or who does most of the designs.
